We will begin a new and improved pre-school martial arts program in the fall of 2011.  We will come to your child’s pre-school (Available schools will be added as we confirm dates and times with the schools.) to teach your child during the school day so parents don’t have to worry about someone else transporting their child to an extra curricular activity. 

We also offer a class at Dojoku for pre-schoolers who do not attend one of these schools. See our schedule for days and times.

Pre-schoolers (ages 4 & 5) are encouraged to be active and focused in this once a week, 30 minute program.  Designed to channel natural energy into learning experiences, the FUN physical activities incorporate number and letter recognition to reinforce skills learned at school.  This class is taught by Mrs. Renee Cagle, a 2 Time Black Belt, who is also a certified teacher with over 13 years teaching experience.  Her main goal is for her Tigers to have fun, be active and healthy!

Some of the skills your child will learn in our classes are:

• Safety Skills
• Stranger Awareness
• Coordination
• Balance
• Memory
• Gross Motor Skills

Character development is an integral part of the Tigers class, as well
reinforcing positive character throughout all of our classes.
The character training your child will receive includes:

• Working with others
• Taking Turns
